• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum ৳500 across all methods.
• Payment Method: Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same method. If you deposit via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Payments are only accepted through a method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposit Credit: Funds are typically credited within 1–3 minutes. For bKash merchant payments, make sure to include your user ID in the reference field.
• Withdrawal Processing: Completed in 5 minutes on average. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, the funds are generally returned to the source account within 24 hours. If the problem persists, contact support with your transaction ID.

The following rules apply to all betting at Zeetben7 at all times:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified. Always double-check the amount and your selections before placing a bet.
• If a match is fully cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded. Rules for partially played matches are published separately.

• If there is evidence of involvement in match fixing or any other illegal activity, the account will be permanently closed.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs continue as a valid bet.

For live or in-play betting, bets placed at the wrong moment due to internet disconnection or delayed loading may be cancelled. In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded. Zeetben7 makes every effort to ensure odds are accurate and up to date.

Zeetben7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any of them, please read the general terms below:

• Rollover: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the required rollover — typically between 5x and 10x. The full conditions are listed separately for each offer.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Betting Markets: Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher generally count toward bonus rollover requirements. Bets placed using free bets do not count toward rollover.

• Original Deposit: The deposit made to qualify for a bonus can be withdrawn without any rollover requirement — rollover conditions apply to the bonus amount only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeetben7. If any of these are detected, your account may be closed and your balance forfeited:

Either the member or Zeetben7 may close an account:

• Closed by Member: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
• Closed by Zeetben7: Accounts may be closed if there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Balance Refund: If an account is closed for general reasons, the balance will be refunded. However, in cases of rule violations, any funds derived from bonuses may be forfeited.

Relevant sections of these terms — particularly those relating to liability, privacy, and prohibited activities — remain in effect even after an account is closed.
